Happy 4th of July!

Well, we're here... sorta. Giancarlo's computer has crashed (go figure) so updates are (and will be) a little slow. June has brought us great and crazy experiences. Through our American friend, and in true italian fashion, we ended up working (and living) the past three weeks at an Italian camp for kids learning English. Think Wet Hot American Summer, Italian style. While I taught english, Giancarlo practiced his cafe takin' abilities and chatting with the locals. Needless to say, the chatting got us a job taking Italian kids to London in the next week (with free wireless!!)at Kings College in Central London. We also learned all of the italian line-dances at the childen's weekly discoteca night, practiced my italian with seven-year-olds, hiked in the mud for 4 hours and ate like we were at nonna's morning, noon and night!

So as always, more to come (and pictures!... this time hopefully by way of free wireless through the UK.

Happy 4th,

I wanted you to check out http://www.linkexpats.com (social networking for expatriates). I thought it might be interesting for you and your readers, maybe you can add it to your links list as well.
